Miss Harrison is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at the Royal Berkshire Hospital
Miss Harrison graduated from the University of Nottingham Medical School in 2009 and completed initial surgical training in general surgery, plastics surgery and intensive care medicine at Nottingham University Hospitals as well as Guy’s and St Thomas, London. She was appointed to the Oxford/Thames Valley training programme for ENT and undertook a prestigious regional fellowship in Otology gaining experience in mastoid surgery, middle ear ossicular reconstruction, stapedotomy and auditory implantation. During this year Miss Harrison won the National Royal Society of Medicine Temporal Bone Dissection Competition.
Towards the end of her training she worked with the paediatric ENT team in Oxford, gaining experience in the treatment of Paediatric ENT conditions. In addition to her clinical work Miss Harrison has a strong interest in research and was awarded a distinction for her MSc in Otology and Audiology at the UCL Ear Institute.
Miss Harrison is the Educational lead for the ENT department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
